Last month, a series of new YouTube channels were launched by 3V to create an on-line community around workouts, tips from pro trainers, and answers to health questions. The content they’ve been posting is broken down into 4 channels, with updates offered on a weekly basis:

The 3V Fitness Channel’s 30 Second Fitness series was one I had a hand in launching thanks to Rodale, a New York health-media content producer. I worked as DP on the David Jack segments, shooting about a dozen episodes over the span of a (long) day at the Reebok Crossfit One in Canton, MA (an incredible gym filled with some inspiring fitness talent). A few of David’s segments have started to pop up already, with more to come. Here are the first two that have been completed so far:
