Here are a couple training videos I put together for some friends at work. They’re pretty entertaining, but may be hit or miss for outsiders. To put them in context, there’s this bizarre perception that engineers don’t always know how to talk to customers. As an engineer, I can definitively state this is a false and fabricated perception.
